1. Don’t be indecisive
One of the secrets of cooking well is knowing what to do and when to do it. Indecisiveness and cooking do not go well together at all. If you don’t know what you are going to, don’t start cooking.
2. Always prep your ingredients
Prepping correctly can make all the difference in the world when cooking any meal. The correct type of prepping is done long before any cooking even begins.
3. Don’t rush it
No good meal ever came from rushing around in the kitchen. If you are really intent on making a great meal, make sure you have enough time to prep, plan, and cook.
4. Don’t wing it
While the more experienced cooks can get away with this, amateur cooks definitely can not.
